Welcome to BLISS Coffee and Wine Bar, a place where our family, friends, and guests meet to enjoy a day of fine dining in an upscale, relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Sarah Ortiz-Brown & Claudio Brown bring their vision and passion to life with a taste for exquisite dining, great vintage wines and gourmet coffee to Harford County.
From the moment you step into BLISS you become part of its blissful experience. BLISS’s decor was inspired by both classic and current designs in mind. We are pleased to offer you a place where you can escape the day-to-day grind of every day life. The dining area seats 36 guests comfortably. Adjacent to the dining area is our lounge area with a flat screen TV and cozy fireplace that helps to create the ambiance. If you prefer to dine al fresco we can also accommodate you in the patio area.
Bliss offers you the opportunity to sample wines and beers from various regions of the world. Our coffee is prepared with the finest coffee beans.
